As you’ve noticed the website has been hard to navigate and we want to simplify that process and make it smoother and faster. The app will be able to offer that and will replace the website. We do not automatically transfer accounts as this wasn’t possible. You can create a new account within the app if you’d like. But we leave this up to you.
